For 34 years Debra has maintained a private practice, while traveling and lecturing in New York, Los Angeles, London, Vancouver, Seattle and Boulder, Colorado where she now lives. Debra has had the pleasure of doing readings for many celebrity clients, including Sting, Madonna, Marianne Williamson, Debbie Ford, Deepak Chopra, Arielle Ford, Trude Styler, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Tommy Chong, Louise Hay, Colette Baron-Reid and others.
Silverman’s specialty is the four personality types based on astrology and the elements: Water, Air, Earth and Fire. Understanding the different approach that each elemental personality expresses, allows you to be gentle and accepting of yourself and others. In the name of emotional wisdom, Debra gives you strategies to accept yourself and your loved ones with sensitivity and grace. Debra Silverman has an M.A. from Antioch University in Clinical Psychology and trained for her mental health credentials at Harvard and York Universities, where she specialized in Dance Therapy. Her B.A. was a double major in Dance and Psychology (1979, York University, Toronto).
