As more and more people are given their pink slips, told they no longer have jobs, their departments disappear or the entire company closes the more isolation and fear we will face as a nation as a world. I love this quote about isolation from Yoga Bhajan who was a master with words. “Isolation is your own fear. Isolation is your own degradation. You cannot enter the valley of Happiness if you depend on isolation.”

Easily said the question is how we deal with this phenomenon that will be overtaking us like a tidal wave. No job, no money no going out no, no, no so the human access will be the internet and the innernet. How can we strengthen both of those avenues? I have all sorts of ideas but I also want your input. What will you do for both the people you know and the ones you don’t know to help them along these paths? Feed this back to me when you know.

I will share my plan as of now and I’m planning on making it more powerful and vast and time goes on.

1. I will blog more to get these techniques out there in more arenas.
2. I will direct people to my YouTube videos almost free they will need internet access. Also encourage them to do these things to shift their energy.
3. I will connect with my communities,

4. I am a great networker and know who I can connect people with that
will serve what they need. Isn’t that what social networking is about
helping each other along. Asking and answering each other’s
questions and sharing great finds.
5. Realizing that I am new at this and others are newer yet and some
know much more that I ever will.
6. Employ the Be Attitudes. Be kind, Be of service, Be patient Big one
for me, Be grateful, Be real and realistic, yet Be hopeful.
7. Knowing that MLM’s, supported marketing, for great products and
educational chances are the way and wave of the future. Forming
supported and supportive communities based around great products.
No cramming no spamming just sharing.
8. Share what I know best which is the internet so here goes right now.

About meditation and where her mind went during meditation. Yet the great thing is she admitted to trying and coming back to meditation. This will inspire millions more to try it.

Here are a couple of great brain juicers. One will clear pathways and it is challenging to do even for three minutes but let’s face it we are in challenging times so are you willing to meet the challenge?

Extended Arm Hand Flashes
Extend your reach

Sitting or standing, extend the arms straight in front of you at shoulder level. To hold the position without strain, bring the shoulders down and engage the core strength. Do not bend the elbows.
With the wrists bent back as if pushing something away open and close the hands into fists, alternating thumb in and thumb out on closure. Continue this “flashing” motion as quickly as possible.

2-3 minutes

A strengthening exercise that also builds mental endurance. Opens all meridians in upper body, stimulating heart to brain balance.

How do you feel after doing this? Okay now go share this with at least 10 other people. That is the deal here we can either share or stress and isolation or we can share our hope. Giving people a way to change their states of mind is always priceless now it is double priceless.

Here is one more that is always great. Do it and then we can talk about what it is for.

Four Part Breath: Miracle Breath
Break up with overwhelming feelings
Blow your stress away

Sitting up straight, inhale through the mouth, filling your lungs in four equal parts—starting the breath as low as possible in the abdomen. Exhale through the mouth in four equal parts, from the upper chest down. If you feel relaxed you can do this exercise breathing through the nose. Repeat the cycle.

1-3 minutes

Instantly reduces stress, so you may see a situation more objectively. Helps dissolve overwhelming feelings.

There is another variation of this breath called Dragon breath and the only change is on the exhale you stick your tongue out as far as you can and open your eyes wide like you can see the entire universe on the exhale. This one releases anger and frustration. Try it too. Kids will love it. When you are doing this people will allow you space. Do it with your partner and you will laugh even if upset no one looks good doing this. Get over yourself image and get a much vaster one. It will serve you.

So how do you feel? If you haven’t done them don’t proceed forth till you have or it is just system overload. Here is an easily done one and very powerful for releasing stress, or heart pain. Breath while you do these that is

Hand Dusting
Clean up time; get rid of the unwanted

Sit or stand straight, hands in front of your heart, act like you are dusting a powdery substance off your hands. Do this quickly and breathe deeply!

Gift Helps release mental pressure and worries. Stimulates nerves in hands and creates calm
