In part one, I mentioned baking soda, corn starch and zinc as possible remedies for getting of one’s body stench. Well, there are more than these remedies and that’s why I’ve written part two.
Some body odors are caused by what one eats. The well-known smells of garlic and onions, for example, can come right through one’s pores, but there’s no need to boycott these favorites. Just neutralize their potent aromas by eating parsley and other green leafy vegetables with chlorophyll, a natural deodorant. That’s actually the origin of the parsley-as-garnish tradition. It was meant to deodorant one’s plate, but to actually be eaten after one’s meal. If one keeps it up, eating parsley, one will begin to notice the difference in just a few days.
Another method is using the pine-scented rosemary. It is a natural antibacterial herb that can help quash body odor, especially when combined with sage. Mix 1 tablespoon of each herb with 1 cup of baking soda and sprinkle on any odor-causing body part.

The last method in getting rid of body odor is in using a spray bottle containing the following mixture:
Five drops of each of oil of sage (dries perspiration), sweet-smelling coriander and lovely lavender mixed with 2 ounces of distilled witch hazel (a great source of tannins, which help close the sweat glands so odor-causing bacteria can starve). Shake well and then spritz on one’s problem areas.
