Believe it or not, you are dabbling in black magic if you wish someone harm. Even worse is actively invoking dark energies to assist in harming someone.

You may not call yourself a dark magician, or even know anything about spell casting or the powers you summon, but the forces (positive and negative) of the universe are at your disposal, and it’s up to you to use them wisely.

Here’s a question we received related to the issue: ”Hi, I’ve enjoyed your newsletters for years. I have a question about this latest one: Do you have an example of how demons/black magic are portrayed innocuously by spell casters? It would be helpful in knowing what kind of things to look out for. Thanks”

A significant segment of the metaphysical community seems to either not understand or want to believe the destructive and karmic implications of spell casting and using black magic.

We’ve encountered and heard of many spell casters, and those who dabble in black magic and seek out the help of demons or other entities who aren’t from the Light, refusing to acknowledge there are consequences for invoking the assistance of dark energies (realized as such or not) or worse, attempting to control others through spells/black magic.

As for examples, a search on the Internet (e.g. “use black magic,” “cast spell to get lover back,” “invoke demons to accomplish goals,” etc.) yields plenty of results, and you probably won’t find any warnings of caution like we give in this article.

A current and real life example of dark spell casting involves witches targeting President Trump: “Witches around the world are expected to cast a mass spell at the stroke of midnight Friday ‘to bind Donald Trump and all those who abet him...’ The spell is to be performed ‘on every waning crescent moon until [Trump] is removed from office,’ according to a Facebook page dedicated to the paranormal stunt, which involves setting ablaze an ‘unflattering’ picture of the 45th president…the spell begins with the words: ‘Hear me, oh spirits/ Of Water, Earth, Fire, and Air/ Heavenly hosts/ Demons of the infernal realms/ And spirits of the ancestors…I call upon you/ To bind/ Donald J. Trump/ So that he may fail utterly/ That he may do no harm/ To any human soul/ Nor any tree/ Animal/ Rock/ Stream/ or Sea,’ is to be said when lighting the orange candle.”

Amazingly, these people insist that “…the spell is not a hex or a curse...It’s a restraint, not harm…”

“Practitioners are then asked to burn Trump’s photo with the orange candle while ‘loudly’ chanting, ‘So mote it be!’ or Trump’s famed catchphrase, ‘You’re fired!’ over and over…At the end of the ritual, demonstrators are to ‘blow out orange candle, visualizing Trump blowing apart into dust or ash.’”

Even though the spell casters ask that President Trump “…may do no harm…”, the fatal mistake they make is invoking “Demons of the infernal realms…so that Donald J. Trump…may fail utterly…”, burning his picture, and visualizing him blowing apart.

They call it self-defense, but those demons they invoke are already celebrating the fact that they will have legions of new slaves on the other side, once these modern-day ”witches” die. By the way, we aren’t opposed to witches as long as they avoid utilizing dark energies and trying to control others.

Manly P. Hall, author of The Secret teachings of All Ages, states, ”black magic is performed with the aid of a demoniacal spirit, who serves the sorcerer for the length of his earthly life, with the understanding that after death the magician shall become the servant of his own demon…For this reason a black magician will go to inconceivable ends to prolong his physical life, since there is nothing for him beyond the grave…a man will barter his eternal soul for temporal power…in its various branches the black art includes nearly all forms of ceremonial magic, necromancy, witchcraft, sorcery, and vampirism…”

Selling their souls is only half of the trap they’re placing themselves in; they must also, in future existences, experience the dark energy they’re sending to others—they will know firsthand what it’s like to come under psychic attack.

Avoid trying to control others through metaphysical practices or invoking dark entities and demons, even with seemingly harmless spells, because it’s literally selling your soul. Any time you try to control another’s behavior through spells, you are dabbling in black magic. Even if you inadvertently target another person out of anger, you are incurring negative karma.

Every action, intent, and word you speak is added to your overall karmic record, and if you reject this theory and treat others poorly, we have compassion for you. Our findings show you will know for sure, once your soul crosses over, that it’s part of universal law and there’s no escape from everything you do, positive or negative.

On the other side of the aisle, religious and spiritual supporters of President Trump pray for him and our country. Light always eventually overcomes darkness, so they may be cancelling out the spell casters negative intentions and protecting President Trump.

Whatever your politics, instead of employing spells and dark forces, ask for help from guides of the Light to shine and maintain intense Light and love on the person and situation. Ask that they (and you) perceive the truth of the issue. Light and compassion leads to people seeing the truth and acting in the highest good for everyone.

Avoid the black magic and sinister spell trap but feel free to send Light and compassion to others, and work with guides of the Light for the good of all involved.
