Chinese Pakora Recipe
-Gram Flour (Besun) 1 Cup
-Potato (Aloo) 1 Medium
-Roughly Cutted onion (Pyaz) 1 Large
-Geen Onion leaves (Hari Pyaz) 1/2 CUP
-Green Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1 Medium
-Chopped Cabbage (Bund Gobi) 1 Cup
-Chilli Flakes (Kutti Laal Mirch) 2 tBS
-Crushed Cumin (Crushed Zeera) 1 Tsp
-Salt (Namak) 1/2 TSP
-Baking Soda 1 Pinch
-Crushed Coriander 2 TBS

-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,Chilli Flakes, Crusehd zeera,Salt,Baking soda & Crushed Coriander.
-Mix Al Ingredients Well.
-Add Chopped cabbage, Onion , Green chillies, Green onion leaves, Carrots, Capsicum and Mix well again.
-Now Gradually add water & mix Again (add water as per as requiremnet)
-Heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden & crispy
-Pakora i Ready to Serve with Green Chutney & Ketchup.
