Christian Meditation-A Viable Alternative to Sooth Both Mind And Soul

Christian people read bible in the church and they need to know the proper technique of the Christian Meditation which is one of the styles of the prayer. People make a structured attempt to get in touch with the God and it reflects the about the exposure of the God. Meditation is the outcome of the Latin word meditare which means believe or study. It is the process to focus especially on the specific thoughts of the bible, Jesus and mother Mary. It explains the meaning of the bible, Jesus and Mary with the point of view of the love of the God.

Oriental meditation is different from the Christian Meditation which has cosmic styles of the meditation. According to the Bible God is the father of the universe and it does not agree with the Hindu beliefs of Krishna or Brahman which are there in Indian meditation techniques. The eastern meditation has the different mantras which are repeatedly pronounced at the time of the meditation but the Christians do not agree with this. They have different style of the meditation and they do not repeat the anthem at the time of the meditation.

The emphasis is given on the thought stimulation and deep meaning in the Christian Meditation which is made with the motto of making the strong personal relationship. Relationship is made with the God for his love and it is the ideology of the Christian communion. It does not want to mix the Christian and the non-Christian meditation styles. The Vatican announced that it does not allow any mix betwee Christian and non Christian style of the meditation. It is in the middle level and there are three broad stage of the prayer category.

There is more reflection in the Christian Meditation than that of the vocal prayer. It is more structured than the other levels which are there for the thought in the Christianity. It looks back to the Jesus’ life and it thanks Jesus for the benefit of the mankind. It also includes the high regard of the God for his vast action and sending the Son for the rescue of the mankind. It gives thanks to the God for sending his holy Son for the mankind.
