JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate CNC machinery for production to established production ratesr
Operate manual machines as requiredr
Use measuring instruments to maintain required machine tolerancesr
Ability to hold required tolerances through machine offsets, tooling replacement including insertsr
Complete other production-related tasks as directed by supervisorr
Package and apply proper identification of machined partsr
Follow standard work practice-method sheet and instructionsr
Maintain good housekeeping, follow lea
Manufacturing Process and FEM requirementsr
Report to the supervisor any damages or malfunction of the equipment and toolsr
Wear appropriate safety equipmentr
Adhere to company policies and safety rulesr
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

Past experience working with CNC Lathe and Milling machinesr
Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow engineering instructionsr
Ability to use various types of measuring equipmentr
Ability to use various types of hand and power toolsr
Crane training an assetr
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principlesr
Good verbal and written communication skillsr
Previous work experience in an ISO certified company preferred.
