Florida is a beautiful state within the United States that has such fascinating culture as well as rich history up its sleeve which many find to be so highly appealing. Coconut Grove is located in Miami-Dade County, south of the Brickell district and to the east of Coral Gables. It offers easy access to many different parts of the region as it is also situated around major roads and highways which include LeJeune Road, the Rickenbacker Causeway, and South Dixie Highway. Many of its locals simply refer to it as “The Grove”.

Of course, the fact that the neighborhood is located next to Biscayne Bay means that boat enthusiasts will definitely feel at home within the community, especially since there are many Coconut Grove real estate property options which will provide them with a suitable selection of homes that come with amenities and features which prove to be perfect for a waterfront location.
