Common Reasons Why She Contacts You During No Contact Phase

So your girlfriend just broke up with you and you're in shambles. You heard about something that can help you get over your ex and it's call the no contact rule; you decide to give it a try. No more sending her messages on your phone or giving her a call. You take her off your facebook. No more sending her e-mails. And no more talking to the people that she's in touch with.

Things are going well for a few weeks. All of a sudden, you phone starts ringing and you realize it's your ex-girlfriend calling!

She was in such a hurry to leave and just when you feel yourself starting to get over her she CONTACTS you.

Think about it for a minute, if someone all of a sudden just vanished from your life, you may feel like you have some sort of void inside. I mean, you really did care about this person that disappeared. There's a good chance that was what she was feeling.

She Wants To See If You're Still Okay

She doesn't want to have that burden on her shoulders. If you suspect this is the reason why she called, then assure her that you are doing well and you appreciate her concern. Let her know you have things to do then hang up. You want to keep the call short as you aren't ready to get in touch with her yet.

She Wants Left Some Things

She may still have some belongings that she left at your place. You don't want her to show up at your place while you're still doing no contact. This one is simple to deal with. Tell her you'll get her things ready and that you'll be leaving it with someone you both know and trust. She'll then go get her stuff from that other person instead. And if she wonders why you're doing it that way, just tell her it will help you if it's done that way. Then hang up.

She Wants To Give It Another Chance.

This is good news for you. What may have happened was she might have thought things through and now wants to get back together. Don't jump for joy just yet. There's a reason why she broke up with you. Make sure you make changes or things will fall apart again.

If her reason for calling was for any other reason besides getting back together then you need to continue with no contact for a few more weeks. You'll be in a better position to try and win her back. Once you feel that you are ready, you can then begin to plan a way to get your ex back.
