One question that is always asked of me is how do I communicate with Divine Ones and how do I hear their response? This is a great question and sometimes hard to answer because not everyone is able to communicate with deities, angles and ancestors on the same level. There are many forms of communication and I will review them with you now to give you an idea of what to look out for or the best ways of communication for you.

The best form of communication is through meditation. Meditation is being one with yourself and with the ancestors and angels. You want to close your eyes and clear your mind of all thoughts and just be for a minute or two. Allow the energy to flow through you and allow your mind, body, and spirit to just let go. This is called grounding and it allows your spirit to separate itself from the physical realm. The only way you can communicate with the dead is by going to the other side. I know this sounds creepy but believe me it’s not. Everyday people pray to unseen forces and this is no different.

Use this time to discuss your problems or issues to release it off your chest. Explain to them how this situation has made you feel and the outcome you believe can make it all better. As you release your concerns, you release the feeling of dealing with it on your own. You understand you have back up and spiritual army who is here to protect you and guide you through this time. As you sit with spirit, the answers come to you and a sense of clarity takes over.

You will receive your messages in many different forms after this meditation session. It may come through telepathy in a thought, you may receive a phone call or message from someone, or it may appear in a dream. Either way you will receive your answer one way or another. The more you open up the doors of communication, the more the Divine Ones will connect with you on a regular basis.

Another form of communication is through tarot and oracle cards. This is good for beginners and those who need confirmation in what they are feeling or experiencing. These cards will give you a good insight or which way to move and how to handle certain situations going on in your life. Sometimes we hear what we want to hear because we don’t want to accept the truth, so to avoid this from happening, you may pull a card for clarity and direction and seek the guidance from Spirit you are seeking.
