Complaint about foreign trade on B2B websites
Written by James dong
One customer complained several times, claiming that he has paid a down payment about several hundred yuan for a trade company which is said to be located in Huaqiangbei in Shenzhen.
The customer complained that he paid down payment, then he had no way to contact the trade company through telephone, E-mail, or other communication tools.
The customers reported the case to IBUonline, but IBUonline can not get involve in the case since the first time the customer contacted the supplier was on another B2B website, which is called made-in-China.
The victim called on all the B2B e-business portals to unite to block the cheater’s company information and product information. But it is not practical.
IBUonline can do nothing but asking the customer to contact made-in-China service center.
IBUOnline is very sorry for the losses the customers suffered. While IBUonline cannot accept the customer’s idea, that is to delete the company information on IBUonline completely.
IBUonline is an innovative B2B e-business portal. It has recruited many members in all kinds of industries. Since it has strict measures to verity members’ information, but it can not avoid the false information or cheat cases completely.
IBUonline recommends all the international buyers and domestic suppliers need to do more work to check out the business partners’ credit and integrity before they settle any foreign trade business.
