The general needs to live a life for a common people are the foods, clothes and accommodation. All of them are very much costly days. Relatively the accommodation component of self owned house is seemed to be more expensive these days since the one time money investment is necessary to buy or make a house for you. But buying a unit of condo or the condominium could solve this problem of expense a little. Here you will be informed about the basics of the condos and answers of some of the Frequently Asked Questions or simply the FAQ. 1. what is a Condo?nAnswer: This question is the most obvious and generally asked by the most of the people in the world. So here is the answer for you. Basically, a condo consists of multi-unit dwellings, where each and every unit is owned individually. But all the unit-owner of a condo jointly owns the common areas like the hallways, swimming pools, stairs, rooftop, and other recreational facilities. A trusty or board is made to see all the activities and maintenance of a particular condo. The board or trusty does have the member from the families that are lived in the different units of a condo. Members of the condo board are generally selected through the voting. Now it is not necessary that a condo must of multi-owner type. It is also possible that a single family owns a condo. These types of condos are known as the ‘detached condominiums’. But a major disadvantage of these types of condos is that the owners don’t have much control these types of condos. In addition to paying the mortgage, every unit-owner should pay a monthly fee to the condo board. Sometimes the fee structure becomes annual or half yearly instead of the monthly fee structure. These fees are used for different purposes like the maintenance of the condo or other activities. 2. Why do I buy a Condo?nAnswer: The answer is very simple. The main motto is to get the best possible accommodation component is affordable price. You may not be able to get the facilities of gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and community hall with you owned house. So what’s bad to get those facilities in some affordable price with accommodation, though they are the shared property? 3. How could I choose a good condo?nAnswer: Firstly look for the good accommodation facilities rather than the other facilities. Secondly, be sure if the condo is legally cleared or not. Thirdly, talk to the condo-board to know each and every shared property properly. Fourthly, choose the condo with low tenant to owner ratio. 4. what are the pros and cons of a condo?nAnswer: Pros first! As mentioned condos provide some other facilities, which you may not be able to get with your owned eyes. Secondly, there is a condo-board to solve any problem regarding to the condo. Thirdly, the exterior maintenance costs are minimal. Coming to the cons now! As from its description, you will not be able to get a full control of your owned home. Secondly, you will not be able too much about the exterior decorations in condos. Now you have all the essential information about the condos.
