The only way to maintain mental sanity in the uprising culture of the super-industrial economics is to stay with your defunct purpose in it's vast blue clarity. It is wrong economics to create jobs without pensions and social securities. It is like to swim in a tidal ocean with just one hand. It is an unbalanced economics only made to cough out profit without a sense of responsibility. We need neither blind acceptance or blind resistance to the emerging surprises of the future in the super-industrial paradigm realities. What we need mostly is array of creative strategies for shaping, deflecting, accelerating or decelerating changes selectively.

In this uprising of the service economy, we need a kind of technology that can reduce the load of personal equipment or devices or gadgets that can merge phone, social media, television and others on the go. Such, must be cost-effective, durable, Eco-friendly and dynamic in it's pattern of change. Though, there be many close-substitutes of such hi-tech, they are not cost-effective. It appears to be an exclusive preserve of the money-bags in the society.

One of the most pathetic allegories of the rising evolution of technologies, is the fate of the developing world in full-blown super-industrialism. The third world countries now depend largely on the importation of technology instead of emphasizing and attempt building an own technology that can solve own problem in a most unique form. What is at stake here, is that, men innate abilities thus become moribund and untested. The economics of invention is superior to the economics of importation anyway and anywhere in the world. The reality of importation is a bitter capsule that the West keep giving out to the dying world in the developing corridors of the world. Imagine in Nigeria, where crude is sold and fuel is now imported at a higher economic exchange value. This is the easiest way to devastate natural talents, skill, human ingenuity and inhibit development of a people.

We must invent super-industrialism, and not import it into any ambient of our economics if we are going to cope with the ranging invasion of evolving ICTs in the future. In the next forty years ahead, we are not going to be talking about ten, twenty or thirty inventions, but chains of unending inventions that will redefine the market demography of the world over and over again. Already, many inventions at present have affected the world marketplaces and workplaces to a very large degree. It is becoming even more difficult to adapt to the changing trends ongoing around us at the moment. One do not just need to get the technical-know to survive, but also "life-know" to migrate from penury to prominence.

The level of life-factors at work in an individual's life is no more the function of what he or she has at hand, but what he or she has in the content of his or her heart. Life at the moment do not respond positively to college certificate devoid of talent. One requires a combination of various factors to deliver expected ends. Change is a business on it's own and unless it is perceive as such, it will be difficult to scale up one's game to an entirely new height in the face of change.

Two Things To Do With Change:

1. Use change to create new project or add value to an already existing business. The present change order is in a rapid continuos state, hence, one need to increase the level of adaptation to new technology in order to command the strategic advantages of the marketplace. It pays better to ride on the turf of change than to struggle with impact of change. You just need to be proactive to gain this dynamics to work out for you.

2. Use change to build new skill, try new things or ideas and improve on your level of competence. The workplace around the at the moment favors profitable skills, gifts and hobbies. Employers now go beyond academic performance to check for reasonable extracurricular activity of the prospective worker that can be gainfully exploited to the benefit of the organization. Skills like public speaking, IT skills, presentation skills, design and creative skills are very much in demand in the marketplace today around the world.

Furthermore, having the right information in the right form and at the right time is of great benefit to any person or institution around the world. Information is the new spelling for wealth creation in the new age economy
