Visualize your inner child playing in a grassy field.

See yourself as the adult you currently are, walking towards your inner child.

As your inner child sees you, it recognizes you and runs towards you, leaping into your arms.

Give it a big hug and share all the love and light in your heart with your inner child.

Tell the inner child in your mind’s eye how much you love it! How you will always take care of it, protect it, be firm and disciplined with it, but always give it 100% unconditional love and forgiveness at all times.

Tell the inner child that you and it will begin a new start as of this day.

Then see God, your own Mighty I AM Presence and Higher Self appear above you as a gigantic golden white light.

See them wanting to join in this hug, and see them pouring love down from Heaven upon the both of you. Totally receive this and absorb their love and light into every cell of your being.

To close this visualization and meditation, now both you and your inner child send all the love and light in your heart back up to God, your Mighty I AM Presence, and your Higher Self.

See how the love keeps flowing back and forth up a Pillar of Light that connects you and your inner child with God and your Mighty I AM.

In conclusion, see the Light of God descend and anchor itself on Earth, in you and your inner child, forming a perfect integration and harmony.

When you are ready, open your eyes.
