Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. As you breathe in, breathe in the Light of God and as you breathe out, breathe out all that is not of the Divine.

In your mind’s eye, see yourself now sitting in a magnificent room with crystal floors and iridescent walls. You are seated on a crystalline seat that has geometric shapes inscribed on it and yet is soft to the touch and very comfortable.

You intuitively know that the inscription is your Soul name.

You silently ask for a Golden Bubble of Protection and say the words, “I hereby call forth my Beloved Mighty I AM Presence to give me any guidance that I may need in my life right now.”

Envision a golden white tube of light coming down from God and entering your Crown Chakra. You immediately feel the energy flow as you become connected to your own Mighty I AM Presence and to the Divine Heart of God. As the God Being that you are, tune into your higher sense of understanding and listen.

Spend 20 minutes in this meditation, keeping your focus and being aware of your own Mighty I AM Presence.

When you are ready, make sure you are fully grounded and open your eyes.
