It is this organ that recognizes whether perfusion pressure is required and to what extent, thereby sending chemical regulators in the body to decrease or increase the blood pressure. The name of this chemical is known as angiotensin 1, where the kidney senses the need for more perfusion or not, released by the chemical. Consequently, through many steps and process, chances with which heart pumps is increased and thus the artery pressure is raised and perfusion pressure is increased as well in the kidney.
