Cure Stomach Pain With Effective Natural Treatments And Remedies

There are several reasons that can lead to stomach pain. Stomach pains can occur occasionally due to indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, acidity, excessive gas and so on. But there are acute and chronic stomach pains that indicate a serious disease as gall bladder stones, appendicitis, and kidney stones. Distention or inflammation can also provoke stomach pain. If the blood supply to a certain organ is interrupted our stomach will ache. When our stomach aches we feel the pain above the pelvic bone and below the rib cage. Both women and men can experience stomach pains.
Fortunately there are many great natural remedies that can help us to get rid of stomach ache.
When a large amount of gas was formed it causes internal lining of our stomach or our liver distention and we feel pain in our stomach. This pain usually forces us to lie on bed. In this case asafetida is a great treatment. Asafetida is ground until it becomes a fine powder. Warn some mustard oil and mix it with the asafetida powder. Now fill the naval with the mixture and rest for a while. This remedy will help your body to pas the gas faster and you will feel better soon. When we have an upset stomach we also experience a stomach pain. Mix some carom seed with some black salt and take a teaspoon. Warm water or lemon juice are also very helpful in this case.
For another beneficial remedy to cure your stomach pain you need 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of black salt, 1 teaspoon of mint juice and 1 teaspoon of ginger juice. Mix all these ingredients together and then take a teaspoon whenever you experience stomach ache. This remedy has the property to regulate the gas formation and to improve the blood flood.
Garlic and ginger are two very common spices but they have great curing effects. They have great therapeutic effects in stomach pains being able to cure them permanently. It is well known that garlic is a very good appetizer and blood cleanser. Ginger is very helpful in many digestive system problems. It can be consumed in salads in row form or cooked.
When you are suffering from a stomach pain you have to reduce the non-vegetarian food and to eat more fruits and vegetables. For example banana or papaya is of a great help in stomach pains.
Soaked cardamom seeds are another great remedy. Take these seeds three times a day. Soak the cardamom seeds in water 10-15 minutes.
Make a decoction from a few ajwain seeds and rack salt. Take a few seeds of ajwain and boil them in water. Powder some rack salt and drink the decoction.
Make a powder from equal quantities of dry ginger, garlic, black salt, mint, cumin seeds, asafetida, coriander and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients and take a teaspoon after each meal.
There are also some immediate and short natural remedies. Sip slowly some lukewarm water. You will feel relief immediately. Extract the juice from two or three potatoes and drink this juice.
Use ginger juice to massage your abdomen. The pain from your stomach will be considerably reduced.
