Good day everyone as a reminder we are all commited to working out 6 - 7 days per week, So if you feel a little sore that's normal if your trying to get back in shape. Today we will go hard with the whole body workout routine.nn#1) PUSH-UPS ( FOR ONE MINUTE) if you can't last for one minute stop and take a few seconds break, and then continue for the rest of the minute.nn#2) JUMPS ( jump up and down for two minutes as high as you can get up for 2 minutes non-stop )nn#3) PUSH-UP ( REAPEAT NUMBER ONE)nn#4) JUMPING JACKS (FOR THREE MINUTES)nn#5) PUSH-UPS (REPEAT NUMBER ONE)nn#6) RUNNING IN PLACE ( FOR THREE MINUTES, WHILE MAKING SURE YOUR KNEES ARE GETTING AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE.)nn#7) PUSH-UPS (REPEAT NUMBER ONE)nn#8) SIT-UPS OR CRUNCHES ( you decide what type you choose to do.) FOR ONE MINUTE .nn#9) PUSH-UPS (REPEAT NUMBER ONE)nn#10) RUNNING IN PLACE (REPEAT NUMBER SIX) FOR THREE MINUTES.
