Daily Skin Care Routine

Always use products for your skin type. Avoid using the irritating ingredients in products you use which are mentioned bellow. rnIf after using a product you have noticed that your skin became dryer, irritating, red, flaky or itchy – stop using this product. Skin care every-day routine includes:
  1. Skin cleansing in the morning and night. The cleanser should be gentle, not irritating, fit your skin type. rnIf your skin is dry, you may skip using a cleanser in the morning. Instead, use a toner or warm water.
  2. Ingredients such as alcohol, menthol, peppermint, lavender, camphor, lemon, lime, essential oils are named as irritating ingredients.
  3. Using a toner after cleaning the skin helps to remove make-up or other products from the skin surface. A toner will also moisturize skin enabling it to better utilize ingredients of products designed to penetrate the skin surface.
  4. Exfoliate your skin gently using low concentration of AHA (Fruit, Milk, Glycolic Acids) from 2% to 10% twice a day or BHA (Salicylic Acid) 1-2 % in the morning and night.
Additionally:
  1. Cleanse, moisturize, nourish your skin with masks several times per week.
  2. Deeply clean your skin with steam and ultrasonic skin scrubber twice a week if your skin is oily, once a week for normal to oily skin, avoid using steam if your skin is dry. Instead gently exfoliate it.
  3. You may also choose using ultrasound, micro-current or LED light therapy for speeding up cells regenerating processes, better product penetration and solving other skin problems such as acne, wrinkles, and age spots.
