Dandruff, scientifically termed as pityriasis capitis, is caused by a fungus called Pityrosporum ovale or Malassezia furfur. These fungi make the scalp dry, which causes the formation of scales and flakes. Though scalp's skin normally flakes off due to regeneration of skin cells, dandruff is excessive flaking and it is abnormal. Other people consider dandruff as an allergy resulting from a trigger like food and excessive sweating. In hindsight, the reason that I probably never had long lasting relationships had less to do with my dandruff and more to do with the lack of quality time that I spent with these women. Nevertheless, I still blame dandruff because had I not been so conscientious and uncomfortable as a result of the dandruff, I likely would have had an opportunity to get to know them better which may have led to a deeper connection.

Combine one tablespoon fresh lemon juice with 100 grams witch hazel. Add 200 ml water and use this mixture to wash your hair. This is to be done many times until your hair become free from dandruff. ombine almond oil and olive oil in equal parts. Massage on the scalp and let it stay for five minutes. Rinse thoroughly. This is also another useful natural dandruff treatment. This is perhaps the most widely known dandruff cure around. It is completely natural and people have been using it for many years now as it is so effective. The way that it work is by destroying the fungus that causes dandruff in the first place.

No single cause for this disorder has yet been identified, and it is not clear why some individuals experience getting this while others do not. Among the possible factors or causes include fungal infections, allergies, stress, hormonal imbalance and the frequent or imcorrect use of harsh shampoos or other hair-care products. One method used by many is using lemon juice which very effective and should cure your dandruff problem within a couple treatments. Another method is to use apple cider vinegar which is good for pretty much anything. Apple cider vinegar with green apples makes for a good dandruff remedy. I used ACV and green apples and it cured my dandruff. You can combined ACV with all sorts of essential oils and that will sure your dandruff problem in no time. Understanding the causes and treatments for dandruff is useful since this is a global disorder and anyone can experience it.

Dandruff is caused by microscopic yeast which generally occurs naturally on every single persons scalp. Usually, when our dead skin cells are washed away, or brushed away, and they are gone without a trace. However, with dandruff the skin yeasts for whatever reason, increase and then they start to irritate the scalp, which triggers an inflammatory immune response. If you can find it, the best shampoo to actually go for is Nizoral. This particular shampoo is designed specially to defeat dandruff and is the most advanced formula available today. It will be more expensive, but you will find it better than any other shampoo which you have already tried.
