While experiencing the stomach flu symptoms, nutrition become the most important factor. Why is nutrition that important, is mainly because you are not able to eat regular meals, nor portions, than in order to get better and relief from symptoms, you must get your self on a proper liquid diet and with exception for small amounts of light foods. In order to stop symptoms and get better, for a first day or two, when symptoms are the strongest, you'll be not able to eat. During that period of time, you are recommended to take sips of water or herbs teas. Later on, when symptoms get lower frequency, you can take some crackers, banana, but light foods too.
