“Anti-inflammatory, Lots of Antioxidants, Calming, Lots of Vitamins and Minerals”

I made this pie for Father’s Day and everyone loved it. It’s simple to make and full of flavor and also full of lots of healing agents that improve our health. This pie is good for digestion, improves our mood, it’s calming, helps prevent cancer, helps prevent asthma, has a low glycemic index, contains lots of vitamins, lots of magnesium, and much more.

Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe

Ingredients for Filling:

4 - Cups of Organic Mixed Berries - Or any berry will work

1 - Cup of Cooked Organic Yellow Millet - Blended With a Little Water

1 - Teaspoon of Organic “Now Brand” Stevia Powder - Other brands may vary in amount

2 - Cups of Organic Cooked Whole Millet

1 1/2 - Teaspoons of Organic Vanilla Extract

Ingredients for Crust:

2 - Cups of Organic Oatmeal - Ground into a Fine Flour

1/2 - Cup of Organic Millet - Ground into a Fine Flour

2 - Teaspoons of Organic Vanilla Extract

1 - Teaspoon of Organic Baking Soda

1 - Teaspoon of Organic Baking Powder

1 - Teaspoon of Organic White Vinegar

1 - Teaspoon of Organic “Now Brand” Stevia Powder - Other beans may sarin in amount.

1 - Teaspoon of Organic Cinnamon Powder

Enough Filtered Water to Mix into a Nice Thick Batter

Dust the Top of the Crust with a Little More Cinnamon Powder

Garnish - Take a Ripe Plantain and Oven Fry it and Cut into Pieces for the Topping - Yummy

Take all the filling ingredients and mix them together in a bowl and pour into a deep 9 x 9 baking pan.

Take all the crust ingredients and mix them together and pour that over the filling and dust the top with a little more ground cinnamon powder.

Bake in a preheated 450-Degree oven for 1 hour or until the filling starts to bubble and the crust starts to brown.

Let cool and cut into serving portions.

Serves 12 People
