Written by Dan Desjardins
Are you guilty of procrastination? I know I am. I think we all are from time to time so what I wanted to do is make a list for you of some great tips to avoid it…Enjoy!
Tip 1
Whatever your task is you have to remember that it does not always have to be perfect. If you are worried about every little detail it will bring your progress to a screeching halt. Be realistic about it and what can be accomplished. Do not set yourself up for failure.
Tip 2
Get rid of distractions! If the TV is on turn it off, take the phone off the hook, leave the country! (Just kidding). Just do whatever it takes so that you can focus on your goal.

Tip 4
Try to visualize how you will feel when you accomplish your task. We all know how great it feels when we finish a project, try to keep your focus on that
Tip 5
Plan in advance how you will accomplish your goal. You can do this by making a list and prioritizing your daily tasks. This will help get you organized and better prepared to get things done.
Tip 6
Set up a reward for yourself for when you finish your task. This will help give you that little bit of extra incentive that you may need.
Tip 7
