Diet To Gain Muscle Fast
Written by Adams Lois
If like me you have a structure and accumulate naturally thin weight easily, then at some point, you probably have told you that you can not gain muscle faster because you do not have the genetics for it ...
Well, I'm here to tell you that's nonsense. The real secret to gain muscle mass quickly is appropriate training and an excellent diet. In fact, your diet and what you eat are often what makes the difference between success and failure, and that training is not enough.
If you want to become BIG, BIG need to eat. As you must know, is your high metabolic rate that is making it difficult for you to gain muscle mass, but we will see this as a blessing rather than a curse.
See, generally, as a person with difficulty gaining weight, your metabolic rate high because you have low body fat levels naturally, which means that if you grow only a few extra pounds of muscle, then you can have an amazing body that will turn the eyes, either on the beach or gym.
Always be more impressive to see a chiseled body than just a big body. Look at Bruce Lee ... He was very small, in terms culture, but ask any Mr. Universe and tell you truly felt inspired by the quality of their muscular development and low body fat level.
So ... What do we need to be doing on a diet to gain muscle mass?
Simply put, you need to create a caloric surplus basically a situation where you are consuming more calories than you need for your energy needs.
On average, you should be looking to consume over 3,000 calories per day on a diet to increase muscle mass. Here is a simple calculation to find out approximately how many calories you should consume on a daily basis:
24 calories per pound of total body weight. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, your caloric intake should be around 3,500 calories (150 x 24).
This caloric intake depends on your body type and your current situation, but should be divided approximately as follows:
25% protein
50% carbohydrate
25% fat
Is this not going to make me fat?
The key to a diet to gain muscle fast is to make a radical way, so when you combine your diet with a solid weight training and exercise program, you will be adding pounds in terms of muscle and not fat. Either way, the fat is always easier to remove later when you have added some extra pounds of muscle, because muscle increases your metabolic rate and helps burn fat faster. Add to your cardio routine or something H.I.I.T. (Range High Intensity Training), will also help you avoid accumulating excess fat.
How often should I be eating?
Consume 5-6 meals a day is the key to any diet to gain muscle mass quickly. Why so often? Well, simply stated, you need to maintain a steady flow of energy and protein rich foods coming into your system so your body is using the food you eat to get the energy you need for your daily activities and training programs.
If you do not eat enough, in terms of amount, or wait too long between meals, then your body starts to burn its fat reserves and, even worse, muscle. So you can see how not eating frequently enough can undo all your hard work in the gym and actually stunt your muscle growth.
Meals should be consumed about almost every 3 hours, say:
7:00 a.m., 10.00 AM, 12.00 PM, 3.00 PM, 5.30 PM, 8.30 PM
The six best foods to include in a diet to increase muscle mass.
There are many types of foods that can and should be included in a diet to build muscle, too many to list here, so here are my top six:
1 / Oats - a little food, a soldier with a sustained release of energy. For almost all bodybuilders is sacred.
2 / breast of chicken - preferably organic.
3 / Egg whites - rich in protein and fat without the yolk.
4 / tuna - a fish meat super lean, high protein, natural fats and oils.
5 / White potatoes - full of carbohydrates that provide energy.
6 / green vegetables - broccoli, green beans, etc.. - Super foods, virtually no fat.
Find and follow the right diet to increase muscle mass, is imperative if you want to see insane muscle gain. All I can do, just need to follow the right plan and imitate the success of others.
