• Click on the Start button and select MS Outlook form the Start menu.
• Now make a click on the Mail in the Navigation Pane.
• On the tools menu select Rules and Alerts. If you have more than one e-mail account in your Outlook e-mail profile, then in the Apply changes to this folder list select the inbox to which you want to apply the new rule.
• Make a Click on New Rule.
• Under ‘Start from a blank rule’ tab, click Check messages when they arrive, and then click Next.

• For Redirecting mails:rnUnder Step 2: Edit the rule description, click the underlined value that corresponds to your desired condition and then select it or type the condition according to your need.rnExample: Redirect each message whose subject contains “Electronic amplifier”.rn1. Under Step 1: Select condition(s), select the recipients form people or distribution list check box.rn2. Under Step 2: Edit the rule description, click on Specific words.rn3. In the Search Text dialog Box type “Electronic amplifier” in the Specify words text box, clicks add and then click OK.

• Then click Next button twice.
• Under Step 1: Specify a name for this rule, type a name. To apply this rule on the messages that already exist in your folder, select the Run this rule now on messages already in “folder” checkbox.
• To apply this rule on your email accounts, select Create this rule on all accounts checkbox.
