When you are Freezer (à¸à¸¹à¹à¹à¸à¹à¹à¸¢à¹à¸) shopping, make sure you look at the different types of parts of a freezer that are available in the market. This guide has all the different kinds of options available of different parts of the Freezer (à¸à¸¹à¹à¹à¸à¹à¹à¸¢à¹à¸).

1. Compressors
Compressors come in different sizes depending on the load-bearing capacity of a freezer. Generally, a compressor varies between 1/12 horsepower to 1 horsepower.

2. Condensers
Condensers have a wide range of options. There are three types of condensers units that people can look for when Freezer (à¸à¸¹à¹à¹à¸à¹à¹à¸¢à¹à¸)shopping.
Evaporating type: in this condenser unit, the steel casing has the coiling assembly. The air is forced through the coil assembly and is released on top of the unit.
Air-cooled type: the coiling assembly is put in a steel casing which is open at the top and bottom. The coiling assembly is cooled through natural air that enters through the top and bottom of the casing.

Water-cooled type: the unit is designed in a way that lets water into the cylinder where the coiling assembly is housed. The water then circulates around the coils before they get discharged through the outlet pipe.
Finned-Static type: the coiling assembly is held together with very thin fins. This allows more area for the transmission of the heat to take place around the atmosphere.

Plate-Static type: the coiling assembly is arranged in a way that the coils are in between the rectangular steel box.
Wire-Static Type: the coils are housed by a straight steel wire which forms a rectangular shape.
Convection type: the coils are enclosed within the steel casing and the air is forced into the coil through a fan.
Finn-forced convection type: a fan is attached to the condenser that allows the coils to cool down.

3. Filtersr
There are two types of filters.
Flare tube connection- even though they become loose over time due to the constant vibrations in the refrigerant system, they are still very widely used withi
Freezer (à¸à¸¹à¹à¹à¸à¹à¹à¸¢à¹à¸). They could cause leakage problems within the freezer often.
Brazing connection- the joints are brazed which reduces the chances of leakage and breakdown of the Freezer (à¸à¸¹à¹à¹à¸à¹à¹à¸¢à¹à¸).

4. Expansion Valver
There are five different types of expansion valves available. When compared to condensers, they are not that crucial but still, you must know the different types.
Capillary tube expansion- made up of small copper tubing, they serve as a constant limiting valve for the flow from the condenser to the evaporator.

Automatic expansion type- they work a simple mechanism of opening and closing of a control valve for low pressure and the refrigerant gets sprayed to the evaporator.

Thermostatic expansion type- the refrigerant is controlled by sending signals to the sensing bulb that is present at the outlet of the evaporator.

Low-slide float expansion type- a constant level of refrigerant is maintained in the evaporator by a finned cooling coil.

High slide float expansion type- it keeps the evaporator flooded with refrigerant.
