The reason this is a problem is because your body is fasting at night. This means that you aren't burning any calories at the time. The only way you can take care of this is by eating something so that you can get your metabolism started again. It's also important to start your day off healthy in the morning because you'll be more likely to continue that trend throughout the day.

Tip #4-

The last tip is to make sure you're eating the right kind of food and the right amount of food. For now we're going to say that you need to eat 5-6 meals per day spread out every few hours. Each meal should contain at least 400 calories but once again, that depends on what the metabolic calculator tells you.
