Have you ever wished you were just a few more inches taller? Have you ever felt jealous of someone that you had to look up to? These are some of the common feelings of those who are shorter than they want to be, but thank God it doesn't have to stay this way.

In this magnificent age we live in there are many ways to increase your height. It has been proven that anyone could increase their height by 2 to 4 inches. To gain height one must aim their attention to the spinal column and legs. The spinal column and legs holds the power to increase the height of anyone who understands how to stretch them.

The legs and spinal column can be stretched almost effortlessly by the aid of good posture and the right exercises. The spinal column has cartilage in between the spine's vertebrae's, which holds the power to shoot up your height even if you haven't grown in years! To add some more inches to your height you must have good posture throughout the day. As you walk, stand, and even sit, you must make sure that your posture is good. Research has shown that its possible to lose some of your natural height by poor posture.

The next thing you must focus on is your legs. Through the right exercises your legs are capable of stretching to a point where it will force you to grow taller. This happens because the bones in the human body has gaps which are able to expand causing your height to increase. Here are a couple of effective and simple exercises you could do:

Cardiovascular Exercise – Cardiovascular exercises such as playing basketball, swimming, and riding a bike, are some of the greatest exercises to do to stimulate human growth hormone. In order for you to grow the body must be properly supplied with human growth hormone, thats why these exercises are great because it causes to body to release this important hormone.

Stretching Exercises – A good and effective stretching exercise is called the bridge. This exercise helps both your posture and core muscles and will aid you in growing taller. Lay on the ground with your knees bent and your arms by your side and then lift your pelvis as high as you can off the ground. This position should be held for about 15 seconds and should be done 8 to 10 times on a daily basis to see any results.

Dry Land Swim – This specific exercise targets the lower back. To do this you must lay on your stomach with your arm fully stretched out in front of you. Raise your right arm higher than your left arm and then raise your left leg higher than your right leg as if you were swimming. Try to hold this position for at least 5 seconds before switching legs. You should practice this exercise at least 5 times a week and try to work up to
holding the position for about 15 to 20 seconds.
These are just a few tips and by doing them and being consistent you will be on the right path to increasing your height. You will no longer be jealous of someone taller because people will have to look up to you!
