Vitamin A - In order to cause the body to grow if you haven't grown in years, you will obviously need strong and healthy bones. Vitamin A makes the bones strong and healthy. This particular vitamin assists the body in growing to its full height.

The best places to get this vitamin is in your green vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, dark leafy greens, lettuce, and cantaloupe.

Calcium – This is one of the most important minerals to have in your diet when your trying to increase your height. In order for you to cause your body to start growing again and to reach your maximum height, you must have strong bones. Calcium strengthens and makes your bones healthy. Did you know lacking the proper amount of calcium in your body causes stunted growth? So its important to get enough calcium in your diet.

It's easy to eat calcium rich foods. The best places to get this important mineral is in your dairy products. If you don't eat dairy you could find more that enough calcium in soy milk, soy cheese, almond milk, etc. Your green veggies, soybeans, milk, and sardines, are full of calcium. By eating a verity of these kind of foods you will be full calcium which will cause your bones to become stronger, thus increasing your height.

These are some of the most important things you need in your diet when your trying to add a few more inches to your stature. By focusing on these basic things you will be on a very good start as you fulfill you burning desire of growing taller!
