Doing the right exercises has been tested and proven to increase a person's natural body height over and over again. The reason its possible to increase your height by doing the proper stretches could be summed up in one word "gravity." The law of gravity pulls or keeps the body to the earth which causes the spine and bones of the body to compress causing you to lose a couple of inches.

The law of gravity is constantly pulling on the human body causing it to compress by 2-3 inches. Doing the proper exercises causes the body to decompress and go back to its natural height. So you actually could fight the natural effects of gravity and add some extra inches to your stature.

Pull-ups and stretching exercises have been proven to decompress and stretch the spine which will assist the body in growing to its maximum height. Doing the pull-up exercise is easy and really effective. To do this exercise grab the bar with both hands around shoulder width apart and then lift your whole body up. Go as high as you can and do this as many times as possible. Your goal should be to pull your body up so your head passes above the bar. Try to do this exercise every day and in no time you will began to see gravity working for you instead of against you!

You could also do the hanging on the bar exercise which is very effective in fighting the natural effects of gravity. Just grab the bar and hand on it for a couple of minutes letting the legs dangle. This allows the spine to stretch as far as possible and decompresses the joints so your body could grow to its full potential. You must do this exercise for a couple minutes a day to see any results.

By doing these simple exercises using a bar and allowing your body to hand suspended in the air, the law of gravity will stretch your body back to tis natural position, thus giving you some extra inches!

By adding pull-ups in your regular exercise program the body will produce human growth hormone which plays an important part in the growth of the human body. You must keep in mind that to grow taller naturally the body needs to be decompressed, and exercising and doing pull-ups on a regular basis is believed to be one of the best ways to decompress the body and also to produce human growth hormone.

You also want to work your way up to doing as many pull-ups as possible without hurting yourself. Do not over exercise but do everything in moderation and you will began to see amazing results!
