Coconut Fudge
Ingredients:

• Scraped coconut: 1 cup
• Gram Flour 1 cup
• Milk 1 cup
• Ghee 1 cup
• Sugar 2 ¾ cups

Method:

1. Mix coconut, ghee, sugar, gram flour and milk in a deep pan.

2. Grease a plate.

3. Cook the mixture on medium heat, stir it continuously, till thick. As it begins to leave the sides of the pan transfer the mixture onto the greased plate and spread.

4. Allow it to cool and then cut into diamonds and remove the pieces.

5. Store in an airtight container.

Shahi Tukra:

Ingredients:

• 8 Bread Slices(cut the edges out and cut diagonally)
• 4 tbsp Ghee
• 1 litre Milk
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
• 1 tbsp Kismis

Preparation:
-
1. Add milk and sugar and heat it .
2. Put 1 tsp ghee to prevent the milk from flowing over.
3. Cook it till it becom ½ of the quantity.
4. Add the kismis and cardamom powder.
5. Fry the bread slices in ghee till golden.
6. Dip in milk for 2 minutes.
7. Remove and put in the plate, pour some milk over it prepared previously.
8. Serve cool.

Aam Kalakand

Ingredients
•Milk 5 cups
•Tartaric acid 4 pinches
•Sugar 3/4 cup
•Mango pulp 1 cup
•Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
•Nuts,chopped 1 tablespoon
•Silver warq 1 sheet

Method

1. Put the milk to boil on high heat. Add a pinch of tartaric acid. Keep stirring.

2. After few minutes add another pinch of tartaric acid. Keep stirring.

3. Add the rest of the acid and stir. Boil the milk stirring continuously till it thickens.

4. When the milk becomes thick, add sugar and mango pulp and allow it to boil. Continue to stir till the milk mixture becomes granular.

5. Reduce the heat. Cook till mixture thickens further and the bubbles form on the surface.

6. Pour into a greased tray. Cut into desired shapes. Cool and decorate with silver warq.
