The short answer is “Yes.”

The longer answer is “Yes. And here’s why . . . ”

Saying “I Love You” is a simple way to keep Love flowing in all of your relationships.

If you Love someone, tell them. Often.

The Power of Words

It’s pretty well known how much words can hurt, even if they aren’t sticks and stones. They can cut right through you.

On the flip side though, words can also lift you up and help you feel like a million bucks.

It feels wonderful when someone tells you they Love you.
Even if you aren’t always in a state of romantic bliss with your partner, saying these magic words will keep the spark alive.

Take time to remember why you fell in Love in the first place.

In a recent article that asked 100 year olds for tips on long-lasting Love, many of them recommended saying “I Love You” more often.

This easy practice can make a difference in how you feel about each other as the months turn into years.

Words Matter. Actions Matter.

There’s another added benefit of expressing that you care.
Saying “I Love You” is a fantastic reminder to act in Loving ways too.

You’re reminding yourself that you want to cherish your Loved one on a daily basis.

When you think about enjoying your life, Loving and being Loved is what brings the most happiness.

If you want to make your reality a Loving one, you must commit to using Loving words and taking Loving actions regularly.

Find ways to show affection and express gratitude frequently.

Here’s a few ideas:
♥ Write a quick Love note and leave it somewhere for your Loved one to find.

♥ Give each other massages. Even just a few minutes of Loving touch goes a long way. Back, feet, face and hands are some of my favorite.

♥ Say “Thank you. I appreciate you.” It’s a close second to “I Love You.”

♥ Plan special time together, undistracted by interruptions.
♥ Cook a healthy, delicious meal to enjoy together. (The more often this happens the better!)

♥ Really listen to each other. Make eye contact, pay attention to what the other person is saying and give feedback to show that you understand.

Does saying “I Love You” Matter?

Again, the answer is a resounding, “Yes!”

This is what makes your life one of connection and intimacy.
These powerful words bring comfort, confidence and cheer into the lives of those who share them freely.

If it’s not been your custom to tell your Loved ones how you feel, go ahead and start right away.

The more you say it, the more you’ll want to say it.

And the more you say it, the more you’ll feel it. You’ll want to do nice things for each other to prove it too.

A More Loving World starts with this simple phrase. Today, tell the people you Love that you Love them.

In case you didn’t know . . . I Love You!
