Do you have hopes and dreams? Do you believe they are truly possible for you?
The Never Ending Story is a movie about a place called Fantasia – where hopes and dreams live. Where fairy tales come to life. In the movie a young boy is reading the book by the same name… he becomes the main character, the hero, who must save Fantasia. All other humans have forgotten their hopes and dreams (the things that created Fantasia). If the boy cannot save it… all hopes and dreams will die forever as will Fantasia. The boy succeeds- Fantasia continues to be - hopes and dreams live.
The Never Ending Story ...part II - The boy many years older now comes across the same book. As he opens it and flips through, he again is called to save Fantasia. As the journey begins, the pages of the book begin to disappear. If he does not succeed the book pages will be blank and Fantasia will not exist. The story will never have been written.
He has a magic medallion that will grant his every wish. The only problem is there is a person (like a wicked witch) who does not want the boy to succeed. She wants darkness to live and hopes and dreams to die.
She has a machine created to remove a memory from the boy every time he makes a wish. If he makes enough wishes…. all of his memory will be gone and he will forget why he came – he will forget his mission.
The boy ….only reacting to what was before him…makes small wishes to help him in that moment. With each wish a memory goes….it never occurs to him to wish really big…..to wish for what he really wants. He just keeps wishing to make it through whatever is presented to him in each moment.
If he does not succeed all books ever written will become blank there will be no stories, no hopes, no dreams.
What do you wish for? Do you have Hopes and Dreams? What story lives inside of you?
As a child you were filled with hopes and dreams. You believed in yourself and in life. You were very aware of your natural talent. You never even had to think about it you just did things that gave you pleasure.
As the story of your life continues you may find you are beginning to forget your hopes and dreams. You are trading wishes to make it through your day for long forgotten hopes and dreams. The memory of your dreams fade away as you settle to survive the life you now live. Perhaps you even have a person in your life who does not want you to succeed.
When we find our lives aren’t turning out the way we thought they would. Or we just don’t feel fulfilled in anyway, we may feel frustrated, lost, anxious, unsettled, or even angry. We want things to be different. We push just trying to get through it. We pray. We wish. We demand for things to change. But we only look as far as, it going away. We tend to just deal with what is coming our way.
What if… you open your story book and fill it with dreams coming true? You focused on a future of you coming alive and living fully? On what is possible? On more than just wishing for your life to change? Wanting things to be different? To move beyond this moment?
What if … your story changes to one of being created by you rather than just survived by you. What if… you began to put change into action? You begin to change the programs that have created the life you are living? What if… You did something different to get something different?

Self-love is very essential in boosting our self-esteem. A person having self-love is contented with his own presence, whereas a person who does not have self-love always wanders to get love from other people or things. He is always restless. He never feels satisfied even after receiving love from people. His hunger for love never ceases, and hence he demands more and more attention from others. As a result, his relationships are ruined and he always lives in misery.rn rnSo,

Grave danger in uprooting a Guru Do not accept a known guru as guru, and if you do, then do not turn your back on him. Use a pot if you do not like him. The pot will not have any problems. Worship it because your buddhi (intellect) will not be active there and your work will get done. Now who would be so careful that he would not allow his intellect to interfere? How can one understand all this? Questioner: At the time we make someone our guru, he appears to be very good, he

Questioner: If we surrender to the great souls that lived thousands of years ago, can that be considered surrender? Can we make any progress through such surrender or do we need to surrender to a living great man? Dadashri: You can progress even through Paroksha (indirectly- one not currently living). However if you find such a living (Pratyaksh) person, then your liberation will be instant. The indirect approach will give you the benefit of progress but there is no liberatio
