1 Safety

The tempo of the shot needs to be; one, two, three, SHOOT.

Observe that if you ever shoot with good, three beat timing, you will be in smooth control over every shot. Poor timing will definitely ruin your accuracy; strategy and stature amongst your fellow shooters as bad timing makes your shooting look terrible even when the technique is correct.
4 Move your gun

Many people stop the gun on occasion during the swing while pheasant shooting, some of us do it habitually. If you can't maintain your eyes to the bird as mentioned above, stopping the gun, bringing the load back and lifting the head will be the most likely, negative results.

Maintain your main weight on the front foot and also your eyes on the bird this will make it easier to maintain your gun moving. Be sure you follow through on every single shot. This follow through of the swing assures you won't finish the shot too quickly. 5 Move your feet
