CTET:
• Central Teaching Ability Test (CTET) is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. It is to ensure that the quality recruitment of teachers is ensured.
• After the right to free and compulsory education act of 2009 (RTE), a lot of schools opened up, which led to a major demand of teachers. However, this new education system demands better qualified teachers, who have a sound knowledge of all academic fields.
• CTET applies to all schools of Central Government and schools under the administrative control of UT of Chandigarh and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. It also applies to unaided private schools, who may exercise the option of considering the CTET.
CWE:
• Common written exam is yet another medium to gain entry into the banking sector of India. However, it aims to recruit candidates on a much larger scale, for public sector banks of India.
• CWE is conducted by IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel) which is one of the largest recruiters of the banking sector. It will gain entry into 19 public sector banks of India.
• Candidates who clear CWE will be given a score card. During a vacancy in any of the 19 banks involved, candidates with the score card will be called directly for an interview.

CMAT:
• For students who prepared for CAT (Common Aptitude Test), CMAT is a new and better option. It will gain you entry into the top notch management schools all over India.
• Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a computer based test conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). More than 4000 B schools are expected to accept the CMAT.
• Major subjects involved in CMAT are Quantitative Technique and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness.

All these exams, CMAT, CWE and CTET aim to select better candidates in their respective fields of careers. However, all of them are extremely challenging and demand candidates who are well informed and thoroughly prepared.
