There are lots of waterfalls found in the trekking routes but boil waters and purifying mineral waters are more suitable to drink. I recommended you to take water bottle which help to fill boil water from the tea houses but If you decide to drink trail water then you need to purify water otherwise, you may feel sick too. 22. What kinds of permits are required in this trek? In this treks the following permits are required:
- Sagarmatha National park permit found in Nepal Tourism Board Office at Kathmandu and it takes approx. $34.
- Trekkers Information Management System permit, found in Nepal Tourism Board Office at Kathmandu

You can get Nepal Visa after arrival in Kathmandu airport. If you want to get Nepal visa from your country then you should visit Nepalese embassy. The essential documents to get a visa are a valid passport and passport size photograph.
14. Do I get the Wi-Fi facility on this trek?
In case, there isn't a problem of electricity then you will find Wi-Fi facility at the tea houses or hotels but you can't get during the trekking routes.
15. Is necessary to tip to guide and a porter?
Actually, tipping is not compulsory but you can give it as your happiness. Their works are to guide you and carry your bag so they expect it from you.
16. What are the perfect seasons to trek in Everest Base Camp?
Mainly, spring and autumn are the perfect seasons to trek in Everest Base Camp. Spring season falls month of February to April and autumn falls on the month of September to November.
17. What kinds of food and accommodation are available during treks?
During the treks, you will get some tea houses and hotels to spend nights. They will provide organic foods with a local taste which provide a balanced diet. Mainly, they prefer Nepalese local food (Dal_ Bhat) with some green vegetables and some hotels may provide western cuisine too. For breakfast, they provide some piece of bread, eggs, potato with a variety of teas and coffee whereas for accommodation they will provide basic accommodation like share a room on a twin sharing basis. You can't get those types of Facilities which are offered in Kathmandu but you need to adjust.
18. What are the major problems that we have to face during this trek?
Altitude sicknesses are the major problems for the trekkers during this trek. Altitude sickness may occur above 3000 meters and the highest altitude of this trek is 5380 meters above so you must be careful towards this problem. This problem is one of the serious problems which may lose the life of trekkers too.
