Trimantra is the answer
The mantra reads as:
Namo Aayariyanam
Namo Uvazzayanam
Namo Loye Savva Saahunam
Eso Pancha Namukkaro, Saava Paavappanasano
Mangalanam cha Savvesim, Padhamam Havai Mangalam
Om Namo Bhagvate Vasudevay
Om Namo Shivay
Jai Satchitanand

By reciting the Trimantra with focus, awareness, clear understanding and devotion, one decreases the burden of the heaviest of karmas; it makes the pain of severe suffering appear as a mere pinprick.

This mantra is for everyone; especially it’s very useful for those who want to wash away their bad karma. Trimantra is entirely impartial, hence it pleases all celestial beings.

The Reciting of the Mantra
Generally, one should aim to recite this mantra at least 5 times, every morning as well as in the evening, regularly. But if you are experiencing a lot of sufferings, you may recite the Trimantra for an hour’s time then. You will soon find that the burden of the difficulties has significantly reduced.

Following is the manner in which any mantra is supposed to be recited. Close your eyes and visualise each syllable of the mantra. Eg. NA-MO- A-RI-HAN-TA-NAM.

The Meaning of Trimantra
Namo Arihantanam
I bow to the Arihants i.e. the Lords who have annihilated all the inner enemies of anger, pride, attachment, and greed.

Namo Siddhanam
I bow to all the Siddhas i.e. the Lords who have attained the ultimate liberation.

Namo Aayariyanam
I bow to all the Acharyas i.e. the Self-Realized Masters who observe the principles laid down by the Arihants and who teach others to do the same.

Namo Uvazzayanam
I bow to the Upaadhyayas i.e. the Self-Realized Teachers who are studying the scriptures and teaching the same to others on the path of liberation.

Namo Loye Savva Saahunam
I bow to all the Sadhus in the universe. Sadhus are those who have attained the Self and are progressing on the path of liberation.

Eso Pancha Namukkaro, Saava Paavappanasano
These five salutations; destroy all the sins. Thus, the obeisance to these five help burn all the demerit karmas to ashes.

Mangalanam cha Savvesim, Padhamam Havai Mangalam
Of all that is auspicious, this is the highest!

Om Namo Bhagvate Vasudevay
I bow to the Vasudev i.e. those who have risen from an ordinary human being (Nar) to the state of God (Narayan).

Om Namo Shivay
I bow to the Shiva i.e. the One who has become an embodiment of salvation (kalyan swaroop).

Jai Satchitanand
Sat Chit Anand means the pure awareness of the eternal is bliss.
What are the advantages of reciting the Trimantra:
Here, we pay our obeisance to the highly elevated beings. Hence by reciting this mantra, we also rise spiritually higher. We gain stability and peace of mind. In the worldly life, all types of obstructions, difficulties and sufferings may come, as the past life karmas will continue to unfold; but the impact of the suffering gets greatly reduced. If we were to get hit by a big stone, it will hurt as much as a grain of sand would. This is the way Trimantra protects us. Reciting this mantra helps us not only get rid of our worries but also removes all kinds of conflicts and brings peace into our home.
