The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) happens to be a national-level entrance exam for admission to the postgraduate programmes of Symbiosis International University (SIU). The test is conducted by SIU every year in the month of December. The SNAP test is a multiple-choice-based written examination that tests the candidate's quantitative, verbal, and logical abilities. Candidates who clear the SNAP test with a valid score are eligible to apply to any of the institutes affiliated with Symbiosis International University.
The test is computer-based, and the candidates are allotted 2 hours to complete the SNAP test.
The MBA application forms for 2022 have already come out, and the students are gearing up for the exam in full swing!
Candidates who qualify for the SNAP test are shortlisted for the next round of selection, which is the Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI).
What Is The Pattern Of What Symbiosis National Aptitude Test?
The SNAP test pattern comprises four sections -
Verbal Ability: This section measures your ability to read, comprehend and write English.
Quantitative Aptitude: This section measures your ability to solve mathematical problems.
Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning: This section measures your ability to interpret data and solve logical reasoning problems.
General Awareness: This section measures your general awareness of current affairs, business & economics, history, culture, geography, and sports.
Each section contains 30 questions, and the complete duration of the exam is 2 hours. There is a negative marking in SNAP, and each wrong answer attracts a deduction of 0.25 marks.
This online MBA entrance test pattern is designed to test the applicant's aptitude and skills in various areas. The emphasis is on testing the ability to think critically and analytically rather than on factual knowledge.
What Is The Eligibility Criteria Of What Is Symbiosis National Aptitude Test?
To be eligible for the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent degree from a recognized board or university. Candidates who are appearing for their 10+2 examinations are also eligible to apply. Those who have completed their graduation or post-graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate are also eligible to apply.
The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test will be conducted this year in the month of December. The registration process for the exam opened in the month of August and will close in November. People can appear for SNAP by registering on the official website of Symbiosis International Universities.
