Exercise For Premature Ejaculation And Have An Incredible Orgasm At The Same Time!
Written by Max Carlson
Exercise for premature ejaculation comes in various forms including pelvic muscle exercise, breathing exercise and masturbation exercise. While all these exercises work equally well to prevent premature ejaculation, masturbation exercise is the exercise which allows you to enhance your ejaculatory power while having an incredible orgasm at the same time!
Masturbation is an exercise for premature ejaculation where you train your body to get accustomed to the sensation of orgasm and know exactly how it feels. With that knowledge, you will be able to consciously control and keep your orgasm level in check to avoid reaching the point of no return before both you and your partner are ready.
Like every other things in life, if you want to achieve success out of this exercise for premature ejaculation, you must know the right way of doing it.
Here are some simple steps for you on how to masturbate to prevent premature ejaculation.
Start Stroking
To start off this exercise for premature ejaculation, use your hands, or if you have a partner, you can ask your partner to use their hands, to stroke your penis in an upward and downward direction. While doing that, pay attention to how your body reacts. This up and down stroking is similar to a thrusting motion in real sex. How your body reacts during the stroking process would be how it reacts during real sex.
Note: To make this exercise for premature ejaculation more real and effective, you need to make the masturbation environment as close to the real sex process as possible. So, never should you masturbate without using the right lubricant. Lubricant is the best simulation to the woman's vagina internal condition, i.e. warm and moist. If you use only your dry hand, your penis will not be able to adjust to the warm and moist condition when it is inside the vagina. That will make this exercise less effective in stopping premature ejaculation.
Stop Stroking
After stroking for a while, you should feel the excitement piling up in your penis. Hot blood will be gushing and you'll feel highly stimulated. At this point in time, stop stroking and all masturbation acts immediately.
Hold on to this condition for 15 seconds. Feel how it's like when the sensational feeling subsides.
Note: In the first few exercises, you might not be able to prevent yourself from ejaculating. That is totally fine. The key is to recognize the way you feel when you are highly stimulated and when you are nearing ejaculation.
Repeat The Same Steps
After you have stopped the stimulation or stroking for 15 seconds, it's time to start masturbating again.
Again, focus on how your body reacts and feels during the stimulation.
When you find yourself near to climax, stop masturbating until you are relaxed and regain control over the stimulation again.
Repeat the above start and stop formulas for at least four times. For the fourth time, allow yourself to ejaculate.
For the next few days, repeat this exercise for premature ejaculation, but increase the masturbation number from 4 to 7 and allow yourself to ejaculate on the 7th time.
If you do this exercise for premature ejaculation frequently enough, you will notice 2 things. First, the time you take to regain control between stops will become shorter and shorter. Second, the time you take from stimulation to climaxing will become longer and longer. This means, you will be able to withstand orgasm without ejaculating too soon - i.e. no premature ejaculation!
Masturbation is the only exercise for premature ejaculation where you can enjoy the stunning orgasm while strengthening your ejaculatory power. If you can take it slowly, do it right and consistently, after a few weeks, you would be able to see some amazing result.
