Alappuzha

Cochin

Munnar

Thiruvananthapuram

It is the capital city of Kerala. A district enclosed by the Arabian Sea and the Western ghats, the place was earlier known as Trivandrum. Varkala

Varkala is popular for its calm secluded stretch of sand. It has the Papanasam beach, known for its mineral springs. An important Hindu pilgrimage centre, it is the final resting place of Sree Narayana Guru, a great social reformer. A 2000 year old temple called Sree Janardhana Swamy temple also lies here.
