Express Your Essence, Heal Your Heart!

I am passionate about being true to whom I came into this world to be. What is the uniqueness that I was born with, what am I to do in this world that will create that ripple effect? How do I be true to my spirit? How do I express my spirit? Even if I express what is inside of me how do I know if it is really me?

Have you gone down the “rabbit hole” of trying to remember those dreams you had when you were a child? When you knew what you wanted to do in your life. When did you forget and look away from your spirit? Why is it so hard now that you are older and wiser? I want to remember those dreams and I want to play in life again. Not as a child but as an adult with a child’s curiosity. Can it be that if we choose to not look away any longer and become curious about the path that we were born to follow innately, that this is when we would find our true self? Is this when we can heal our hearts from all the beliefs that we created along the alternate path chosen because of what we thought we “should” do with our lives?

My passion is to live as my true spirit was born to live and in doing so I will heal my heart of all the beliefs that did not align with my spirit and the choices made that kept me from following my path sooner. I truly believe that life is a gift and in being grateful for this gift I wish to honor Spirit by using my gifts to serve and inspire others.

Express Your Essence, Heal Your Heart; to be as free and innocent as a child and then from that consciousness and from the heart express oneself and in doing so you will heal your heart.

Healing our hearts is simple, the tools are within us and they are always there. It is our minds that have shielded our hearts.

Our minds think of protecting our hearts from our experiences. Our mind means well, but our minds can be afraid and will hold us back. Our healing is within us right now. Our spirit knows and has faith in our mind and our body. It awaits us to awaken and is always there to guide us through our healing within.

Express Your Essence and Heal Your Heart is a way of being in this world and a way of growing in this world. Your “Essence” is your true spirit and your Heart is where you grow.
