Dandruff can be defined as the small pieces of dead skin in a person’s hair. It is a skin condition that predominantly affects the scalp. The common cause of eyebrow dandruff is seborrheic dermatitis. It can also occur due to an irregular response of the immune system. Psychiatric as well as neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and also depression can be some other reasons causing eyebrow dandruff. It can also be seen in organ transplant receivers and people suffering from HIV/AIDS, alcoholic pancreatitis and even some of the cancers.

Treatment of Eyebrow Dandruff

Eyebrow Dandruff can be treated at home but one has to see a doctor if it gets worse. Some of the home measures to treat eyebrow dandruff are listed as follows :-
1.Egg Oil :Treating eyebrow dandruff with egg oil is the most effective and oldest technique. One can try applying a few drops of egg oil around and over the eyebrows to prevent eyebrow dandruff. Egg oil is usually used to increase the oil level eliminating dryness and ultimately uprooting dandruff.

2. Tea Tree Oil :This method is a bit more expensive then the others bust is very efficient to treat eyebrow dandruff. Tea tree oil contains wonderful antimicrobial properties that can eliminate eyebrow dandruff permanently in a very short period of time.

3. Aloe Vera Gel :Aloe Vera gel is the most commonly used gel to treat almost all skin problems and can also help prevent eyebrow dandruff. Apply the gel on the eyebrows and leave it to dry normally. Then rinse it off with water and the effects can be seen just from the beginning. Fresh and homemade Aloe Vera gel would give more productive results.

Not enormously talked about but very frequently found in many people Eyebrow Dandruff can be eradicated permanently but if not treated properly and at its beginning it can cause a lot more damage to one’s eyes than anybody can think.
