Type B :- They should be corn, peanuts, seaseme seed and meat. They have a balanced nervous system.

Type AB :- AB is a combination of AB. Low stomach acid. Prefer yoga, meditation. They should avoid red meat, pea, rajma, corn, coffee, alcohol.

Paleo Diet :- Raw food, Organic food, Less processing Food, Whole grain.

Weight Gain Diet - Provide frequent diet meals. Size of meal proportion size increase . At least 6 to 7 meals in a day.

Food Items Recommended :- 1 Glass Milk, Honey, Almonds, Banana/ Chickoo/ Papaya and add some nuts too in form of smoothie.
