know you might not believe it if I said: Most of your decisions are based on fear? Most of your thoughts and feelings come from fear? When you look beyond the denial you will see exactly how many of your thoughts, feelings and decisions about routine and exceptional daily activities come from a place of fear. OK, I know you are saying "that's not true" and "Not me" but I guarantee that if you read the introduction and first chapter of Fearless Living by Rhonda Britten you will begin to see what I am talking about.

We get comfortable telling little lies to ourselves and then we begin to operate from those lies that are based in fear. Then all of a sudden one day you say "wow, what happened? I feel so lost" or "what has happened to my life", I was going to do this and that and now I can't… Can't is a word from the language of fear.

Gratitudes and Acknowledgements. Try this: see how much your perspective and attitude changes if you sit down and write down 50 Gratitudes for someone you are currently having "problems" with. They can be as simple as "I am grateful for the way "they" are a good driver" or "I am grateful when they walk the dog". Once you start the ball rolling in the POSITIVE direction it really influences your feelings. Sure, it does not change the other person's behavior but it changes the way you CHOOSE to see them.

Let's examine Expectations, for instance. How many unrealistic expectations do you have of yourself and your partner in one day? How does it make you feel when they "disappoint you? How do you act when they disappoint you? We all have our ways of trying to even the score. What if we stopped having expectations? That's right, completely stop having them! Fearless Living can show you how to free yourself and the people around you from then unending cycle of blame, shame and guilt.

Come join the thousands of people that are living fearlessly. No, I am not talking about jumping out airplanes. I am talking about taking back YOUR life. Getting on with the wants and desires you have, making things happen that YOU want. That's not coming from a selfish place, it's the most loving thing you can do for yourself and your family = do what makes you happy. For many people "we" are last on our priority list. People; if we do not learn to love ourselves and take care of ourselves we will not be around to love and take care of others. And if we are around and miserable, well you get the picture. It's that simple!

If you aren't completely satisfied with the life you have, tired of being stuck? is your anxiety connected to your emotional fear? I invite you to join a Fearbuster Group and experience Fearless Living. Call today for more details. Groups are forming all the time.
