In the past two years, foreclosure has become more commonplace then ever before. Foreclosure is everywhere and probably coming to a neighborhood near you! There is one thing that foreclosures all have in common. They are in a state of disgrace. They look forlorn and dilapidated. They bring down the property value of homes around them by virtue of their poor energy. If they are lucky, someone else will come along and buy them at a bargain, fix them up and possibly resell them. There is only one problem with this scenario. Even though these homes may have changed owners, it is unlikely that anyone thought to change the energetic tendency toward another foreclosure. Say what?! Another foreclosure, in the same home? Yes, that is what I said. It is not just possible, it is probable. This is because a fresh coat of paint and new carpet does nothing to alleviate the physical design flaws that contributed to the pattern toward financial loss.
Hearing that homes can have this type of pattern may come as a surprise to many people. However, anyone who has studied the concepts and rules of Feng Shui will tell you that while location is everything to a realtor, design is everything to a foreclosed home. I’ve researched this extensively, and I can say that there is no doubt that homes that end up in foreclosure have a minimum of 3 to 5 different financial design leaks that make it much more likely that there will be a financial loss to the homeowners in that home.
To put things into perspective, practically every home that is built these days has at least one design flaw that effects prosperity. Things like stairs aligned with a door, front and back doors in perfect alignment, bathrooms in the money section of the home are all common and fairly easy to correct. But when you have one house with all three (or more) at once, the combination is can be lethal. The combination typically leads to foreclosure or financial loss of some kind.
If we can start to rehabilitate foreclosures using Feng Shui Design Concepts, we can make a difference that will benefit everyone. My desire is to heal the homes that have suffered from foreclosure. As we improve the flow of prosperity in one home after another, we can improve our neighborhoods, our future and eventually, our Planet.
