Fifth, you could check if the factory runs smoothly among different sectors as well as the stock volume.

Sixth, you could check the certification and qualification of the factory or the manufacturer, such as ISO9001, TS16949, SGS, CE, UL or other international certifications etc.

Seventh, you could check the credit or the reputation of the company on the internet targeting on whether the factory is well known or popular on the market.

Eighth, you should know the annual sales volume of the factory or the productivity.

Ninth, you should know the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of the enterprise, since good enterprise will implement social responsibility as duty.
