Why we need Aerobic exercises

The actual meaning of aerobic is ‘by means of oxygen’. It is an exercise which needs energy by using oxygen or carbohydrates or fats. There is no weightlifting or sprinting in aerobic exercise. The question arises why we must do aerobics? Its main purpose is to burn fats and it maintains our health; make our heart to circulate blood in our body properly. Actually we can say it’s an exercise for our heart muscles because it makes the heart muscles strong enough to do its function appropriately. Also this exercise is essential for avoiding obesity.
Top five aerobic exercises:

  • Walking: The very first and important part of aerobic exercise is walking. It is also said to be the simplest aerobics. There is no age limit for this exercise; even old ages can also do it. A regular walk of 40 minutes in the morning will give us fresh oxygen that affects our heart.
  • Running: it is the second important exercise in aerobics. For old ages this exercise is a bit harder. Outdoor running can affect our lungs and it can get polluted.
  • Rope skipping: it builds up our stamina and it is a healthy sports. It’s essential for losing weight.
  • Cycling: it is the exercise that even a kid can easily do it without any hesitation. It gives benefit to our muscles specially thighs muscles. It is also a good exercise for improving our stamina level.
  • Swimming: it is one of the most wanting exercise of aerobics. It’s much better than using an exercise machine. Swimming is beneficial for our heart, lungs and breathing system.
