They go on with their work because they know there are immense rewards awaiting them. The thing is You also can have those rewards!

These great tips will help you regain your life back from depression:

1. First focus on the positive. Everyone one has had some good that happened in their life. Make a list of all the good things that has happened in your life. Really take time to think about it. You'll be surprised with how much you'll come up with, more than you expected, I bet. The little things count, too, like the stunning sunrise you saw this morning or a surprising smile from a good-looking stranger.

2. Get to know who your friends are. Spend a lot of time with people who are positive, and have goals to achieve. Positive people can help lift your spirits when times are hard. Also there are a lot of groups, online and offline, where you'll find like-minded people who are supportive, positive and happy influences.

3. Take regular exercise! Exercise has been proven to be one of the best ways to instantly make you feel better. This is because exercise releases a chemical into the brain called endorphins which has an up lifting effect. With exercise as a part of your regular schedule, you'll soon be in high spirits again.

4. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Most fatty, high-calorie foods can make you feel lethargic. If you're feeling down, these "comfort foods" can make you feel sleepy and add to your desire to stay on the couch. Instead, have something healthy like fresh vegetables and fruits, which will make you feel lighter and healthier.
