Pour pancake mixture into frying pan and bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degree Fahrenheit and bake an additional 15 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown and fluffy.
Directions For Topping Mix
While the pancake is baking for it's last 15 minutes pour the apple pie filling into a sauce pan and add the ¼ teaspoon cinnamon. Warm over medium heat making sure that there is no sticking until the pie filling and apples are completely heated through and are warm.
When the pancakes are finished baking remove from the oven and allow a few seconds for the pancake to deflate. Then cut into sections (4 to 6) and place on individual dessert plates. Top with apple topping and serve hot.
