Affirmations: Two Powerful Words That Can Change Your Life

The two most powerful words you will ever say are "I am".
What are affirmations?

Affirmations, really, are simple. They are you being in conscious control of your thoughts. They are short, powerful statements.

When you say them or think them or even hear them, they become the thoughts that create your reality. Affirmations, then, are your conscious thoughts.

Research has shown that we have between 45,000 and 51,000 thoughts a day. That's about 150 to 300 thoughts a minute. Research has also shown that for most people 80% of those thoughts are negative.

Over the years I have learned a lot of things that have dramatically changed my life. And one of the things that fascinated me, was when I learned that the most powerful statement that someone can make, the two most powerful words in human behavior, psychology and in metaphysics are "I am".

When you say "I am", followed by any statement, and you add certainty to it, it becomes your reality... in many cases, your identity. When you combine these two powerful words with emotion, everything around you moves to support that statement.

For example, a very powerful affirmation that I use daily is...

Every day, in every way, I am always calm, laid back and relaxed.

Here's another one:

Day by day, in every way, I am a very stylish, sexy and mature gentleman.

I speak aloud to myself roughly 24 affirmations, twice a day. Once in morning, once at night. I've noticed big time results as a part of this ritual. They cause me to walk, talk, think, dress and interact with women differently. And they'll do the same for you.

Now, let me explain conscious and subconscious mind for a moment. Your conscious mind acts as a filter. It filters things through your beliefs, through your rules, through your values. Your subconscious mind just absorbs everything like a sponge. Your subconscious mind is called to action by your conscious mind based on how you direct your focus.
Every time you put something after the two most powerful words " I am" and you say it with certainty, your subconscious mind will accept that as your identity and do things, millions of things, within nanoseconds to support you in that moment.

Alright, first the next 30 days I want you to speak affirmations aloud to yourself twice a day. Once just as you wake up in the morning, and once just before you go to bed. These are the best time when your mind is still in a relaxed state of transition.

A few strong examples of affirmations I suggest you speak to yourself are:
